Eat Well Spend Less Course Starts
Our fourth course Eat Well Spend Less course started yesterday in Lawrence Weston at St. Peter's Church. The course participants learnt basic knife skills and made a basic tomato sauce and non-cook cereal bars. It was an enjoyable morning had by all.
