The Space4Makers workshop  is a relaxed, welcoming, inspiring space where we run informal groups and activities, alongside more structured training programmes.

We aim to help reduce loneliness; strengthen families; engage young people and adults to develop confidence, aspiration & skills for work.

The workshop is kitted out with a combination table saw, planer & spindle moulder; bandsaw; mitre saw; drill press; lathe; industrial dust extraction system and a 1000 x 600mm cnc laser cutting and engraving system; along with a well stocked supply of hand tools.

Follow us on facebook for regular updates!

We run informal groups and short courses for adults, as well as sessions for parents/children (age 10+); a youth group; and school activities (Yr6+). We also aim to develop mentoring programmes and support for small enterprises, in partnership with local businesses.
